Printed nomination papers are available at Orissa State Bar Council Office, and cost of one nomination paper is Rs. 100.00 only. B. Out of total number of 25 seats. 13 seats shall be filled up by persons, who have for at least 10 years been advocates on the State Roll as per proviso to Section 3 (2) (b) of the Advocates Act, 1961. C. Fees of Nomination Rs. 10,000 is non-refundable, but in case of withdrawal 50% thereof is refundable. D.
