HOW TO PLAY: Beginning Monday, May 17, 2021 at 9:00am Central Standard Time (CST), potential participants can go www.TexasMotorSpeedway.com/watch-n-win for three (3) official contest link(s) that correspond with each EchoPark Automotive Texas Grand Prix Stage Race to enter-to-win. After clicking any of the EchoPark Automotive Texas Grand Prix contest link(s), potential entrants can opt to enter by completing the required registration fields and providing a valid email, first and last name, phone number and name of the NASCAR Cup Series driver they predict will win the corresponding EchoPark Automotive Texas Grand Prix Stage Races to complete the entry form and be deemed a valid entry. Potential participants can enter to win each of the EchoPark Automotive Texas Grand Prix contest links until the green flag or official start of the corresponding Stage Race on Sunday, May 23, 2021 or whatever day that NASCAR deems the EchoPark Automotive Texas Grand Prix takes place. Limit one valid entry per person per EchoPark Automotive Texas Grand Prix contest link. If multiple entries are submitted for each EchoPark Automotive Texas Grand Prix contest link, the first valid entry will be deemed the official entry. Contest winners will be selected on or about Monday, May 24, 2021. WINNER SELECTION: • All Prize Winners will be selected on or about Monday, May 24, 2021 via a random drawing from all qualified entries. • Fifteen (15) prize winners that appropriately selected the Stage 1 NASCAR Cup Series winning driver from the EchoPark Automotive Texas Grand Prix Stage Race will be selected from all valid entries. • Five (5) prize winners that appropriately selected the Stage 2 and overall NASCAR Cup Series winning driver from the EchoPark Automotive Texas Grand Prix Stage Race will be selected from all valid entries. • Five (5) prize winners that appropriately selected the Stage 3 NASCAR Cup Series winning driver from the EchoPark Automotive Texas Grand Prix Stage Race will be selected from all valid entries. • Two (2) Grand Prize winners will be randomly selected out of all valid contest entries regardless of which stage they entered to win a randomly assigned grand prize. • Limit one (1) prize per person. The first prize that is selected for the potential prize winner will be the prize awarded. If a potential prize winner is drawn again, they will forfeit that prize and another potential prize winner will be selected. • To be deemed an official prize winner: o Each potential prize winner will be contacted at the email address provided via their valid entry on or about Monday, May 24, 2021. o Each potential prize winner will be instructed to respond to the email and are required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release along with a copy of their state issued valid driver’s license and completed W-9 within 24 hours. o A second attempt will be made to contact the prize winner via email, and they will again be instructed to respond to the email and are required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release along with a copy of their valid driver’s license and completed W-9 within 24 hours. o If any potential prize winner is determined to be ineligible or fails to return the completed paperwork within the second 24-hour time period, they will forfeit the prize. o If any prize winners fail to respond to the email, they forfeit their potential prize and no other potential prize winners will be selected.
