CREATING A RICHLY DIVERSE LANDSCAPE FOR A GLOBAL CITY CREATING A RICHLY DIVERSE LANDSCAPE FOR A GLOBAL CITY Arts Alliance enhances the quality of life and in the Houston region by supporting and promoting the arts through direct funding, creative initiatives and extraordinary partnerships. HAA distributes over $3 million in grants to approximately 220 nonprofit arts organizations and individual artists. In addition, we manage the city's civic art collection of 450 artworks while actively pursuing new acquisitions.

OUR MISSION: Houston Arts Alliance exists to enhance the quality of life and tourism in the Houston region by supporting and promoting the arts through programs, initiatives and alliances.

OUR VISION: Houston Arts Alliance is the leading voice for the arts in Houston. We enable artists and arts organizations to thrive by effectively connecting the nonprofit arts to the larger creative industry, the community, government and business while supporting tourism through arts marketing and special initiatives.

We do so by creating platforms for extraordinary artists from Houston and around the world, producing dynamic contemporary programming and advancing 21st century placemaking in Houston.
