Availability + Guest Count A Four hour timeframe is our standard for events. The Hold is available both Afternoons and Evenings Monday through Thursday; luncheons must conclude by 4:00 pm. Friday through Sunday the Hold is available for Luncheons only and must conclude by 3:30 pm. If these accommodations are not suitable for your event, we would love to discuss alternative options that may be available to you. The Hold accommodates 60 guests in a cocktail style setting and 50 guests seated with a buffet. Menu Selections Our food is prepared by our expert Culinary team who has continuously sourced for exceptional quality for over 45 years. A variety of event menus are available to you and we are happy to work with you in developing a menu perfect for your occasion. We’ll assist you in finalizing your menu two weeks prior to your event allowing our culinary team sufficient time when ordering quality product from our trusted vendors.

Enjoy our semi-private room without a room-fee! We do require a food and drink minimum of $500 for Monday-Thursday events and a $700 food and drink minimum for Friday-Sunday events. Your minimum also includes the accumulation of alcohol sales throughout the duration of your event. There is a $250 deposit, upon agreement, to secure the space for your event and will then be applied to your final bill. TINOS’ PATIO Our temperature controlled Balcony offers a bright, contemporary backdrop. With built in heaters in the permanent roof, retractable weather screens, a fire pit that seats 16 and the convenience of a bar; our Patio brings a modern ambience to any celebration.

We would love to answer any additional questions or concerns you may have.
What if my event runs longer than expected? Our coordinators will do their best to keep your event on schedule and to communicate with you regarding timing. Afternoon events must be completed by the time agreed upon; please understand that an evening event or evening dining will follow your event. Evening events running longer than the four-hour time frame agreed upon may be subject to a $100 additional room charge. We would love to talk through any concerns you may have regarding timing of your event. Am I allowed to decorate the room? We understand adding a personal touch to your event is important and we would love to hear your ideas! We are happy to work with you in arranging time for you to decorate and ask that you provide a contact person who will be responsible for taking any decorative items with them immediately following your event. We do have a no glitter or confetti policy and appreciate our guests understanding and respecting this policy.
Can I bring in outside food or drink? We are happy to accommodate party favors and cakes from a licensed baker. However, for liability and insurance reasons, we are unable to allow any outside food or drink. We would love to explore options should any guests’ require special meals due to allergies or religious beliefs. What is your Cancellation Policy? We are happy to fully refund your deposit when cancelling 30 days prior to your scheduled event. A 50% refund will be issued if cancellation notice is given 2 weeks prior to your scheduled event. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund of your deposit within the two week window of your scheduled event. When do you need to know my final guest count? We require your guest count to be finalized 72 hours prior to your event. If we do not receive your final guest, we will use the highest estimated guest count for billing purposes.
Is there a handicapped accessible space? Yes, our Patio is accessible by elevator. Unfortunately, The Hold is not handicapped accessible. There is a small flight of stairs to access the room. Does Pricing include Tax and Gratuity? Our menus and mandatory minimums exclude tax and gratuity. An 8% NH Room and Meals tax and 20% gratuity will be added to your final bill. We would be happy to further discuss the details associated with these costs. When is my Final Payment due? Your final payment is due on the date of your event. Do you have an Alcohol Policy? Your safety and the safety of your guests is a top priority. A house drink maximum limit will be enforced at the discretion of our management team. We are proud to share a designated driver policy is in effect in accordance with the guidelines set by the State of NH Division of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Council. Taxi service are available at all times. The NH Liquor Commission strictly regulates the sale and service of alcohol. The Galley Hatch must supply all alcoholic beverages and no alcoholic beverages may be brought into the Galley Hatch including bottles used as centerpieces, party favors, etc. We appreciate your cooperation in advanced.
