Zero Tolerance Workshop Presented by Dan Plato, Tournament Director and previous club owner/manager This lively three-hour workshop, developed for club managers and directors, goes well beyond the Laws to address how to communicate with problem players. The presentation incorporates Dan’s real-life experience dealing with club players and the differences between club and tournament situations. The goal is to make the club experience more inviting for new members and more pleasurable for everyone by encouraging and empowering directors and managers to deal with unacceptable behavior.
