Wine and Wags Social On June 8 from 5:30-8pm the Erie County SPCA will be hosting its Wine and Wags Social at Buffalo Harbor State Park and we can't wait for you to see how incredible it will be! Wine and Wags is an evening of food and fun for you and your dog. You'll enjoy samples from dozens of area restaurants, wineries, and breweries.
