1. INTRODUCTION

Per Schedule C of the Waste Licence, Surface Water Monitoring is to be undertaken BI- ANNUALLY.

2.1 Monitoring Locations

Monitoring locations are all along the N86 Road – photos are attached at end of Report.

2.2 Monitoring Results

Bi-annual water monitoring was undertaken by Kerry County Council Laboratory personnel on 21st November.

Samples were taken to KCC Laboratory in Tralee for analysis – see results in Table

2.3 Trigger Levels

Trigger Levels were submitted to EPA in 2017 in relation to Sampling Point S1 only; these proposed Trigger Levels were approved by EPA; these Action Limits are included in Table below.

Surface Water Monitoring Results for second half of 2019 are largely consistent with previous monitoring results for the facility.

All other results are well within their Action Limits (Trigger levels) and all results are compliant with the Waste Licence.
