Judging will begin at 3:00 p.m. Check in time is 2:00-3:00 p.m. at the Administrative Building - Women’s Division. Who makes the rules for the parade? The superintendent of the parade is Bill Seymour. He is the official representative of the Fair Board. The rules are made through a cooperative effort with the Tonganoxie Police Department, Leavenworth County Sheriff and the Fair Board. Those entities reserve the right to interpret and enforce all rules.

How do I make a suggestion or comment about the fair? The Fair Board meets the 3rd Monday of every month, with the exception of August, at 8 PM in the Administration Building. These meetings are open to the public. If you wish to be put on the agenda, or if you are unable to attend but wish to make a comment, contact Fair Board President Mike Johnson (913) 269-6329.
