Barbatula pindus, a new species of stone loach from Greece (Teleostei: Balitoridae)

Barbatula pindus, new species, is described from the stream Sarantaporos, Aoos drainage, north western Greece. It is characterized by a short and deep caudal peduncle, long barbels, ﬁ n shapes and color pattern.
