In order to make available super speciality treatment and investigations in a hassle free and cashless

manner, the Hqrs. Office, ESIC,New Delhi, vide their letter under reference cited, directed this Office to make

tie-up arrangements with CGHS approved hospitals/institutions in the State as per CGHS rates. In accordance

with the instructions, this office has made tie-up arrangements with the following hospital for providing

Super Speciality Treatment to·ESI beneficiaries as per CGHS-NON-NABH rates. The validity period of MOA is

mentioned in column No.4 and cases are to be referred up to validity period only.

It is, therefore, requested that all the respective Superintendents of the ESI Hospitals/ Authorised

IMOs Incharge/Panel Clinics may please be advised to refer the ESI beneficiaries to the above mentioned

em panelled hospitals for Super Speciality Treatment. Please ensure that only patients needing super

speciality treatment/procedure/investigations as mentioned in Hqrs. Office instructions dated 23.07.2008 are

referred.

The entire expenditure for providing the above services shall be borne by ESICorporation,

Note: For patients needing dialysis, MRI, CT Scan, other Biochemical, Pathological investigations, instead of Eligibility Certificate for Super Speciality Treatment, only eligibility certificate for medical benefit issued by IMO In-charge or Branch Manager, ESICwould suffice.
