Nick Taylor PGA TOUR rookie Nick Taylor began Sunday’s final round four strokes off ’ 14-under lead, before eight birdies en route to a 6-under 66 resulted in a two-stroke win.

Taylor earns his first career PGA TOUR victory at the age of 26 years, 6 months and 26 days in his 13 th career start on the PGA TOUR.

Taylor earns exempt status through the 2016-17 PGA TOUR Season.

Taylor earns 300 FedExCup points and moves inside the top 10 in the race for the FedExCup.

If not otherwise exempt, Taylor earns a spot into the following PGA TOUR events: 2015 Hyundai Tournament of Champions, 2015 Humana Challenge, 2015 Arnold Palmer Invitational, 2015 RBC Heritage, 2015 PLAYERS Championship and 2015 Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial.

Taylor becomes the first rookie to win on the PGA TOUR since Chesson Hadley won the 2014 .

Taylor becomes the first Canadian-born player to win on the PGA TOUR since , who won the 2007 Frys.com Open.

Taylor breaks a string of 10 consecutive American winners at the Sanderson Farms Championship. Before Taylor, the last international winner of the event was Luke Donald in 2002.

Taylor’s win marks his first top-10 finish on the PGA TOUR.

Making his fourth start of the 2014-2015 PGA TOUR Season, the Abbotsford, British Columbia native comes to the TOUR this year by virtue of his 37 th -place finish on the Web.com Tour priority list. On that Tour last year, he amassed five top-25 finishes, three of which were top 10s.

On the Web.com Tour, Taylor came to season's finale, the Web.com Tour Championship, on the bubble for his PGA TOUR card with $33,535 in Finals' earnings. In the final round, he posted a 7-under-par 63 on TPC Sawgrass' Dye's Valley Course to finish T21 and claim PGA TOUR membership for the first time.

Of his three previous starts this season, Taylor’s best finish was T56 at the Shriners Hospitals for Children Open.

On his most recent stint on PGA TOUR Canada in 2013, Taylor collected five top-10 finishes in nine starts.

Taylor was ranked No. 1 in the R&A's World Amateur Ranking for 21 straight weeks between June and November 2009 and subsequently won the Mark H. McCormack Medal. Third-Round Lead Notes Through six events so far this season, the 54-hole leader has emerged victorious three times.

Since 1990 - when the event was neither cancelled nor condensed in rounds, the 54-hole leader has held on for the win 10 times, including 2012 (), 2011 () and 2010 ().

Boo Weekley Boo Weekley posted a bogey-free, 6-under 66 in the final round to claim a share of second place. Weekley began Sunday six strokes off the lead at 8-under 208.

Weekley, a three-time winner on the PGA TOUR, was looking for his first victory since the 2013 Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial. Weekley also won the 2007 and 2008 RBC Heritage.

Weekley was making his third start of the season this week. Before the Sanderson Farms Championship, Weekley had not posted a sub-par score in any of his six rounds so far. He played all four this week under par.

Jason Bohn A day removed from the Alabama Crimson Tide’s overtime victory over LSU, Jason Bohn’s 3-under 69 Sunday was good for a share of second place. Bohn graduated from the University of Alabama in 1995.

With 61/72 greens hit in regulation this week, (84.7 percent), Bohn was tied-for-first in that statistical category. He hit 15, 16, 15 and 15 of 18 greens in rounds 1-4, respectively.

Bohn was making his seventh start in the Sanderson Farms Championship, and fifth consecutive. At the event in 2012, Bohn finished solo-second to Scott Stallings by two strokes at 22-under 266. Bohn returned to Annandale GC last year and finished T9.

Bohn was in search of his third career PGA TOUR win this week, having previously won the 2005 B.C. Open and 2010 Zurich Classic of New Orleans.

Peter Uihlein PGA TOUR non-member Peter Uihlein capitalized on the opportunity of a sponsor exemption this week, claiming T5 honors with a 7-under 65, the low round of the day Sunday.

The T4 finish marks Uihlein’s best finish on the PGA TOUR in 20 starts. His previous best was a T6 at the 2013 Puerto Rico Open.

A member of the European Tour, Uihlein amassed five top-25 finishes in 19 starts on that Tour in 2014.

John Rollins John Rollins, who led by two strokes after 54 holes, wasn’t able to get anything going Sunday, starting with 10 straight pars before a birdie at No. 11. He posted a 1-over 73, good for T4 honors. His top-10 finish will earn him a spot into this week’s field at the .

This marks Rollins’ first top-10 since a solo sixth-place finish at the 2013 FedEx St. Jude Classic.

Playing out of the Past Champion category, Rollins was in search of his fourth career PGA TOUR title, and first since the 2009 Barracuda Championship.

Rollins attempted to regain fully-exempt status for the 2014-2015 PGA TOUR Season by way of the Web.com Tour Finals, but finished outside the top 50 in the priority rankings (No. 60). Miscellaneous With his eighth-place finish at the Sanderson Farms Championship, Robert Streb reclaims the No. 1 position in the FedExCup standings.

Former Mississippi State golfer and PGA TOUR rookie Carlos Sainz, Jr. posted back-to-back, 3-under 69s on the weekend to finish T9, while former Ole Miss golfer and TOUR rookie Jonathan Randolph finished T73.
