For your safety and comfort we provide life jackets & wind/waterproofs; you just book, step aboard and enjoy the ride. A full commentary is provided, the stunning scenery and wildlife comes free! Whilst we are not the only company offering boat trips, it is probably The Best boat trip of Poole & the Jurassic Coast. Poole Sea Safari is a small family run business. From the outset we have aimed to provide the best possible service to all our passengers. We believe we use the most secure, safe & stable RIB (rigid inflatable boat) to undertake the Jurassic Coast adventure and it is equipped with seats that keep everyone individually supported, allowing children from the age of 6+ to 84 years young to enjoy themselves. To compliment this, we have developed our operations both shoreside and afloat, to be of the highest quality and professionalism. After all, your safety is our objective. Operating from Poole Quay Boat Haven, allows passengers of all abilities and ages, to board our vessel in a calm and protected environment. With only 12 seats in two rows of 6, everyone will get fabulous views throughout. We sail through Poole Harbour taking in all the sights of the Islands including Brownsea and shore side properties, particularly Millionaires Row, of Sandbanks. Once clear of the harbour, you will feel the steady push from behind, as our powerful engines accelerate you up to our cruise speed, guaranteed to put a grin on your face. We pass the fabulous beaches of Studland and onto Old Harry Rocks our first stop for great pictures. We then travel along Ballard Down, through Swanage Bay, past Durlston County Park, the Tilly Whim Caves, Anvil Point, Blackers Hole and to Dancing Ledges. Stopping a further 7 times, for picture opportunities and to view the wildlife and geology of the Jurassic Coast. Now a non-stop run back, with the opportunity to have a little fun in Studland Bay to add to the grin factor, before we return to Poole Quay. A full 90 minutes afloat and will have travelled through 185 million years of history. PS – No you won’t be seasick and No you won’t be frightened, this is not a thrill ride, but a thrilling ride. However, if you would like to Charter the boat for your family, friends or business, we can tailor the experience to you. .
