2020 MEMBERSHIPS

FULL MEMBER Individual ‐ $159.00 per month Family ‐ $199.00 per month  Membership access 7 days a week anytime of the day.  12 Month Contract Required. Month to Month Billing.  Cancellation – 30 days in advance of the last month of 12 Month contract.

SPORT MEMBER Individual ‐ $125.00 per month Family ‐ $150.00 per month  Membership access Monday – Friday Anytime of the day.  Saturday & Sunday After 2:00 PM and After 12:00 PM during the winter (December, January & February).  12 Month Contract Required. Month to Month Billing.  Cancellation – 30 days in advance of the last month of 12 Month contract.

BOGIES TO BIRDIES MEMBER Individual Bi‐annual Contract January 1st thru June 30th ‐ $400 Payment July 1st thru December 31st ‐ $400 Payment Family Bi‐annual Contract January 1st thru June 30th ‐ $550 Payment July 1st thru December 31st ‐ $550 Payment  Membership access 7 days a week After 2:00 PM.  After 12:00 PM during the winter (December, January & February).  Cart fee required when playing whether walking or riding.

All memberships include (during valid membership time period) except where noted above:  Use of range balls, practice grounds and greens fees at no additional charge.  10% OFF golf merchandise.  10% OFF food in The Tradition Grill.  10 Day advanced time reservations.  Month to Month Billing (except Bogies to Birdies Membership).  Walking privileges Monday through Friday anytime and Saturday & Sunday in the twilight hours.  Member cart fees: $20.00 for 18 holes and $10.00 for 9 holes.

Reciprocal Golf Privileges (Full and Sport Memberships only):  In Charlotte area: Birkdale , Highland Creek Golf Club, The Divide Golf Club, Waterford Golf Club, Skybrook Golf Club and Tega Cay Golf Club.  In Greensboro area: Bryan Club and Stoney Creek Golf Club  See website for complete details on reciprocal pricing.
