Yearling Colt by Munnings - Nehantic Kat (Tomorrows Cat MUNNINGS X NEHANTIC KAT Yearling Colt By Munnings - Nehantic Kat (Tomorrows Cat MUNNINGS X NEHANTIC KAT This yearling colt by Munnings is a very athletic and precocious looking type. He is from a stakes winning and graded stakes placed dam. This colt is a registered NEW YORK BRED, Breeders Cup Nominated, and will become Virginia Bred-Certified by breaking and training in the state of Virginia. The bottom side of this colt’s pedigree is filled with blacktype going back to multiple Ontario Bred champions. He is by Munnings who is on fire with sire power in recent years producing multiple Grade One winners and Breeder’s Cup participants. Munnings does very well with mares who are descendents of Storm Cat, which is what we have here with the dam, Nehantic Kat. He is bred on the same cross as GSW’s Catalina Red, and Om. THE COLT Munnings Colt | Dream Maker Racing | Page 2 MUNNINGS X NEHANTIC KAT Age: Yearling Sire: Munnings (Speightstown) Dam: Nehantic Kat (Tomorrow’s Cat) Birthdate: March 1, 2019 Statebred: New York Notes: Registered NY-Bred, Breeders Cup Nominated, Virginia Certified. Earner of $395,00) Half Brother To: KHALEESI KAT (Earner of $200,000) THE FAMILY Munnings Colt | Dream Maker Racing | Page 4 MUNNINGS Munnings made an impressive 2YO winning debut over six furlongs at Saratoga in July. He went on to be placed in both the Gr.1 Hopeful S. and Gr.1 Champagne S. At three he took the Gr.2 Woody Stephens S. (by 5 lengths) and then defeated older sprinters in the Gr.2 Tom Fool Handicap. Munnings also won the Gr.2 Gulfstream Park Sprint Championship at four. Click Here To Watch Munnings Win The G2 Woody Stephens Munnings Colt | Dream Maker Racing | Page 5 THE SIRE MUNNINGS Munnings sired his first Gr.1 winner, that fine filly I’m A Chatterbox, from a grand-daughter of DANZIG and the Gr.3 winner Munny Spunt from a HARD SPUN mare, while Gr.3 winner Fancy Dress Party has a grandam by DAYJUR. This suggest daughters of WAR FRONT, LANGFUHR, EXCHANGE RATE and WAR CHANT could suit him. Munnings sired Gr.2 winner Om from a grand-daughter of STORM CAT, creating 4x3 to STORM CAT. He also has a Gr.2 winner out of a mare by Giant’s Causeway’s brother FREUD. This suggests more daughters and grand-daughters are worthwhile. The Holy Bull/Great Above blood in his pedigree should suit SCAT DADDY mares Munnings Colt | Dream Maker Racing | Page 5A THE SIRE OWNER BENEFITS Dream Maker Racing is dedicated to providing its thoroughbred partnership owners education, communication, and information.
