MidSouthCon 37 Pocket Program Book March 15 - 17, 2019 Memphis, TN Welcome to the MidSouthCon 37 Pocket Program Book Inside you will find event times and descriptions and other somewhat useful information. Note: we do our best to insure the accuracy of the Pocket Program, but due to factors beyond our control, the schedule will invariably change after this booklet was printed. For the most up-to-date schedule, visit http://midsouthcon.org/programming/schedule/ or scan the code to the right with your smartphone: Art Show The Art Show is located in Tennessee Ballroom B, and the hours are: Friday: 2:00PM - 7:00PM (Emergency only pickup & pay 9:00PM. - 9:30PM Saturday: 9:00 - 4:00 Sunday: 9:00 - 2:00 (pickup and pay, last minute sales, & artist checkout) Dealers Room Friday: 2:00pm - 8:00pm Saturday: 9:30am - 7:00pm Sunday: 9:30am - 2:30pm Registration Registration is located in the main lobby behind the hotel registration. It opens 2:00 p.m. on Friday and stays open until Sunday at 2:00p.m. (except for one hour cleanings from 5:00 - 6:00 AM every morning).
