Additional Summaries for trade Association Projects: • URS assisted AF&PA/AWC, CIBO, ACC, RMA, API, and the National Council on Air and Stream Improvement (NCASI) with analyzing the boiler emissions data in the EPA Boiler and CISWI emissions databases. This analysis required the development of database queries and spreadsheets to analyze the available boiler and CISWI data in various ways and presenting our results to members. We developed various sub-categorization scenarios and calculated MACT floors. • URS assisted the VI with analyzing the wastewater and air emissions data for the PVC MACT, developed sub-categorization scenarios, assisted with identifying additional data to be collected, and used various calculation approaches to develop MACT floors. • URS developed regulatory summaries of proposed and final EPA rules for Association Members within days of each rule being signed. • URS reviewed EPA work products for various regulatory proposals, such as their MACT floor memos, control cost analyses, and regulatory impact analyses, and participated in regular teleconferences to pppjpgp,provide project progress updates, explain EPA’s methodolo g,gies, and develo p technical comments on these work products. • URS assisted CIBO, ACC, RMA, and AF&PA/AWC in developing technical comments on EPA’s proposed Boiler MACT, Boiler GACT, and CISWI rules. URS drafted reconsideration petition language for these rules. • URS assisted with development of outreach materials and presentations for meetings and conferences in support of trade association activities. • URS performed HEM modeling and risk analysis for several brick facilities to demonstrate low risk from HAP emissions for the sector. • Analyzed HAP emission data and sub-categorization methods to ppjroject possible MACT floors.
