Writer provided context with background and data, while quotes were used to drive the story forward, rather than just fill space. 2nd—Heather Stewart The Effects of SB81 Utah Business Magazine 3rd—Candace M. Little Gary Crocker feature Utah Business Magazine CATEGORY M4—COVER-PAGE DESIGN 1st—January 2010 Jeannette Bennett Utah Valley Magazine Comment: The colors brought me into this cover immediately. Great use of type and pleasing white space—makes everything pop a bit more. Just enough color in the type to highlight each inside tease. Easy to read and fun photo.
