Train Traffic situation in Europe Refugees travelling to and within Europe

Dear Sales Agents, dear Distributors,

Due to the large number of refugees travelling to and within Europe some train routes are under pressure, and/or some railway stations have limited accessibility. In this Newsletter we are sharing with you the information that we received.

1. The informed that they suspended the railway traffic to SŽ, ÖBB, SBB, DB and ŽS.

2. SZ informed that International passenger trains from Slovenija to Croatia runs to /from:

-Dobova in the direction , -Ilirska Bistrica in the direction , -Hrpelje Kozina in the direction , -Rogatec in direction Đurmanec -Središče in direction Čakovec.

SZ will provide alternative transport in both directions for:

- from Ilirska Bistrica to Rijeka and vice versa and from Hrpelje Kozina to Pula and vice versa.

Only one direction:

- from Dobova to Zagreb - from Rogatca to Djurmanec - from Središče to Čakovec

2. - MAV informed us that rail traffic has restarted between Szentgotthárd (Hungary) and Mogersdorf (Austria). Trains run on their entire route between Szentgotthárd and Graz. Trains are running according to timetable in the relations Deutschkreutz-Sopron-Ebenfurth/Wien as well as Sopron-Wiener Neustadt. From Friday, 18th September international trains between and Vienna (, EuroCity, night and EuroRegio trains) will run as scheduled again on the main line. However, train traffic between Austria and is still insecure, and on the line - Salzburg-Munich do not run. Until tomorrow trains are running only between Budapest-Keleti and Hegyeshalom railway

1 stations; the EN trains to Munich and depart from and also arrive back there.

The following map shows the current traffic situation, which will be valid until 23:59, today.

From tomorrow, there will not be a suspension in the traffic between Hungary and Austria via Hegyeshalom Gr.

3. Trains via Greece and border Idomeni / Gevgelija TRAINOSE informed us that due to problems at the border point between Greece and Former Yugoslavian Republic of Macedonia (Idomeni / Gevgelija) the direct train connection Beograd – Thessaloniki and v.v. is interrupted until further notice. For this reason passenger are transferred by bus by TRAINOSE. This is applicable for the trains 334/335 HELLAS in both directions between Gevgelija and Thessaloniki.
