John Ball Zoo Realm of Flight Show Information and FAQ’s Information:

The Realm of Flight bird show at JBZ gives our guests the opportunity to see up-close in a beautiful forest amphitheater in the Forest Realm of JBZ. Birds are amazing that we often only see from far away. The Realm of flight will allow guests to see up to 7 birds fly over and around them while also seeing and/or hearing 3 others as they demonstrate their amazing adaptations. Birds are built for something that barely any other can do – fly. The Realm of Flight will connect our guests to these amazing animals so they can learn more about them and be inspired to protect birds and the natural world where they live.

1 Information continues on other side What if a show gets cancelled?

If a show gets cancelled by the Zoo, we will work with guests to reschedule them into another show on the same day. If we cannot do that, then we will refund the payment for the show.

What if a guest misses a show after purchasing a ticket?

If a show is not cancelled but a guest does not arrive at the show in time for its start, we will attempt to re-book them into a show later that day if there is space available. Otherwise, no refund will be given.

Do guests need “tickets” for the show?

When a guest purchases a ticket for the show in advance, their receipt listing that purchase is their ticket to the show. Without the receipt, we have no way of knowing that a guest purchased admission to the show.

How long before the show will guests be allowed to choose their seat(s)?

10 minutes before the show begins, staff will allow guests with tickets to line up in the pre-entrance space and then we will allow guests to take their seat in the show 5 minutes before.
