The inclusive meal packages begin with dinner. Dining at Mohonk Mountain House is available to the public with advanced, prepaid reservations. Mohonk Attire Policy Shirts and shoes are required in the Mountain House at all times. No swimwear, ripped, torn, or frayed clothing is permitted in the dining rooms. Casual and athletic attire is acceptable throughout the day as you enjoy the resort; however, Mohonk asks that you dress in resort evening attire for dinner to preserve the resort's tradition. Mohonk COVID-19 Protocols In accordance with state and CDC guidelines and to ensure the health and safety of members, visitors and staff, Mohonk Preserve has instituted several important protocols for visitation, including: PAGE 3 • Please recreate close to home to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. • Visitors are required to wear face coverings upon entry. • Visitors are required to maintain at least a 6-foot distance from others. • No congregating or large groups. • Offering touchless transactions with credit or debit cards. • The Visitor Center will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends with reduced parking capacity. • Other trailheads will be open daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. for members and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. for day-use visitors. • Trailhead parking lots will be closed and gated at 9 p.m. Mohonk Terms & Conditions Three-night minimum required in April – June and September – March, midweek and select weekends. Four-night minimum required in July and August, midweek dates only. Subject to availability, blackout dates apply. Not available on holidays. Cannot be combined with any other discounts and not available to groups. Maximum of 3 rooms each. Deposit A deposit equal to one night’s room rate is charged at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Guests must be 18 years of age to make overnight reservations and stay at Mohonk Mountain House. • Children are defined as guests ages 4-12. Children ages 3 and under stay complimentary. Ages 13 and older are charged full rate. Please note: failure to put in the correct age of each child in your party may result in an adjustment to your total charge. • Your card will be authorized for $50.00 a day for incidentals. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diner’s Club are accepted, as well as cash and personal checks. Please note that Mohonk discourages the use of debit cards. • Taxes and Administrative Fee: Mohonk charges a taxable 15% Administrative Fee for rooms, à la carte dining, beverage, and room service purchases. While this fee is not a gratuity, it does help Mohonk to provide exceptional services. Mohonk wishes to advise you there is no need to offer gratuities. • Overnight rates and purchases are subject to availability and applicable New York State and local taxes. Holiday time periods excluded and some blackout dates apply. Check-In & Check-Out • Check-in begins at 4 pm. A valid government-issued photo ID and a major credit card are required upon check-in. • Check-out is at 12pm unless otherwise specified. Resort Policies • Pets not permitted. Only service animals that meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act will be allowed on the resort property. • Smoking, including vaping, is not permitted in guest rooms, on porches and balconies, or anywhere else in the Mountain House. Smoking and vaping are permitted in designated outdoor areas. Additional cleaning fees begin at $250.00. • Access to the beach is reserved for registered overnight guests only. Guests under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Guests under 16 must have parent or guardian permission. Cancellation Policy: Mohonk Mountain House understands the need at this time for flexibility in travel. To make sure you can book your stay at Mohonk with confidence, they are offering penalty-free options such as changing dates, applying deposits to future stays, or refunding deposits based on your needs. PAGE 4 Taxes Overnight rates and purchases are subject to applicable New York State and local taxes. Additionally, Mohonk charges a taxable 15% Administrative Fee for rooms, à la carte dining, beverage and room service purchases. While this fee is not a gratuity, it does help us to provide exceptional services.
