Crown Point, IN 46307 @theCPCF Mailing Address: P.O. Box 522 Crown Point, IN 46308 CrownPointCommunityFoundation thecpcf.org 2. I am pleased to present the 2014 annual report to the community. The CPCF was created in 1990. The success of the Foundation has been tremendous. That success depends upon many factors. Our Donors The Foundation maintains a donor listing of more than 3900 names. Donors come to us from different backgrounds, age ranges and knowledge of philanthropy. But they always give with their hearts as well as their pocketbooks. Donors put their trust in the Foundation as they acknowledge our deep commitment to community and fiscal responsibility. Thank you for your continued belief in the Crown Point Community Foundation. OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS The 19 member Board of Directors is responsible for the oversight of all the Foundation’s gifts, grants, investments and program areas. These volunteers give of their time, their talent and their treasure to make the Foundation a success. Since 1990, 54 dedicated community members have served or are currently serving on the Board. We thank them for their service. GRANT RECIPIENTS The Foundation partners with many nonprofits to connect the needs of the community to the grant dollars available. Grantees provide the programming to assist our community and make it stronger. The Foundation provides financial support and guidance in strengthening these agencies. THE FUTURE The Foundation is committed to giving into the future. It is the basis of endowment building. Our vision for the future remains clear and strong. The growth of the CPCF will change the course of lives in Crown Point and south Lake County. Please consider becoming a more invested partner in this movement. Together, we can do so much.
