Data from 309 valid questionnaires was analyzed using variance-based Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. Perceived service quality has a significant positive influence on tourist satisfaction. Moreover, previous experience moderates the relationship between perceived service quality and satisfaction. The findings of this study offer some interesting implications for practitioners and researchers. © 20120144 TheElsevier Authors. Ltd. With such a wide variety of gins out there, there is lots of room to play around with this beloved beverage — and Singaporean bartenders are getting in on the act. Adam Leibrandt, Group Beverage Manager for the Lo and Behold Group which runs The Rabbit Hole believes gin is perfect for Singapore climes. “Gin is made for drinking outdoors, it’s made for the heat especially compared to the darker spirits that have traditionally been popular in Singapore,” he says. “Singaporeans are foodies, they are looking for complexity, for spice and interest. Ajim Juxta Full Name: Raja Azeem Idzham Raja Azaham Born: 1983 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Ajim Juxta Full name: Raja Azeem Idzham Raja Azaham Born: 1983 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Bachelor of Science in Architecture, MARA University of TechnoloGy, Shah Alam, Malaysia Better known in the art scene as Ajim Juxta, Raja Azeem Idzham is a young multi-talented visual artist who’s formal traininG is in architecture. After graduation Ajim worked as an architect for some three years, before coming to the realization that his true callinG was visual art, a realization that eventually lead him to make the decision to become a full-time artist. His repertoire of works spans several mediums, includinG pen and ink, found-object sculptures, and paintings on canvas. Like many architects-turned-artists, influences of architecture are apparent, particularly in Ajim’s use of lines and structures in his artworks. As an artist Ajim Juxta is not afraid to experiment with new media types, or explore new ways of usinG mediums he’s already adept at. The traininG he had in architecture, however, has not Gone to waste. This younG artist’s artworks are akin to organic blueprints created to make sense of a world seen as having gone wrong in many ways. Ajim draws upon ideas of dystopian realities that many have ended up beinG in whilst in pursuit of personal utopias. In the process of these pursuits, the important aspects of life that should riGhtly be the focus remain left by the wayside. The artist sees the lives of these individuals as beinG neither here nor there, constantly in a state of discontent, yet lost as to what fulfillment truly entails.
