The full list of eligible districts is included in Annex 1. Through this Call for Proposals, UNOPS will engage eligible Participating Financial Institutions (PFIs)1, some of whom operate either alone or in partnership with solar product retailers, and help them set up financing windows for high-quality, small-scale solar solutions for rural and peri-urban households and provide grants to beneficiaries to make systems affordable.
