Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston, MA Center for Advanced Orthopaedic Studies Research Assistant II July 2012 – August 2013 Developed image processing and analysis tools for CT images for various research projects, including spine curvature and muscle measures for over 2100 participants in longitudinal study of kyphosis. Developed new technique for measuring intervertebral disc height robust to vertebral shape, elimi- nating the need to exclude measurements adjacent to vertebral fractions. Advised by Mary Bouxsein

Hebrew SeniorLife, Boston, MA Institute for Aging Research Imaging Research Associate September 2010 – July 2012 Quantitatively analyzed bone measures of the lumbar spine in a large cohort with quantitative computed tomography (qCT) images for genetic study of osteoporosis.
