The softball game is a local fund-raiser to help get Nate Muehe to Arizona for Royals Alumni Fantasy Camp and to help support the Independence Ability Field and the McCoy Park Inclusive Play Project. About Nate: Nate Muehe is a very talented young baseball player who threw a “No Hitter” as a 12- year-old. Nate accomplished this rare feat with the unique ability to catch and pitch one-handed due to a birth defect. Nate and his dad, Tony, have a Father/Son dream to join the KC Royals Heroes at the 2014 Royals Fantasy Camp in Surprise, AZ.
