The Bid Form and EMD received late for any reason whatsoever will not be entertained. Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever. The bidders other than individuals shall also upload proper mandate for e-bidding. 6) Bid form without EMD shall be rejected summarily. 7) The intending bidders who have deposited EMD to participate in the auction process but failed to participate on the date of Auction for whatsoever reason, the EMD so deposited will be forfeited automatically. 8) In the event of cancellation of sale before or after the sale is conducted for any reason or by order of court the bidder shall not have any claim of whatsoever nature including interest against the bank.
