REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

ALLEGHENY COUNTY AIRPORT AUTHORITY Letters-of-Interest for professional airport On-call Environmental Services will be received at the office of the Environmental Compliance of the Allegheny County Airport Authority until 4:00 PM on April 4, 2016, for the following project:

ON-CALL ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES AT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AND ALLEGHENY COUNTY AIRPORT

Allegheny County Airport Authority is seeking a consulting firm to provide On-call Environmental Services at Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) and Allegheny County Airport (AGC). This contract shall address On-call Environmental Services and include, at a minimum: Routine Sampling and Analysis of Various Environmental Media; Landfill Monitoring/Sampling/Analysis/Reporting; Dam Inspections and Reporting; Consecutive Water Distribution System Sampling/Analysis/Reporting; Stormwater Quality Sampling/Analysis/Reporting/Inspections; and, Other Tasks necessary to ensure ACAA’s compliance with regulatory requirements.

Selection will be based on the following evaluation criteria:

1. Project staff qualifications and experience on projects of similar nature and scope.

2. Ability to provide timely on-call services.

3. Ability to meet Allegheny County Airport Authority goal of a minimum of 14% participation by DBEs certified by the Unified Certification Program.

4. Proximity to airports.

5. Project staff knowledge of and experience with environmental/regulatory standards and requirements.

6. Project staff qualifications and experience on this subject matter.
