On Monday we started the Assisted Living Week kick off with a cocktail party followed by a special bingo with great prizes. One was donated by our hairdresser, Connie, for a hair style and Ethel C. won! Wednesday we had a fashion show with the staff and ended with Beverly and Joe being the bride and groom (Joe just got married this summer, I hope his new wife doesn’t find out!!) Thanks to many of our own residents that dressed up for our elegant dinner that night. The management team all joined together to serve our residents by candlelight along Hank and Barbara enjoyed our Black Tie Dinner, they couldn’t with Thelma’s daughter Donna playing the violin. It stop raving about how great the dinner was!! TY Randy!! truly was lovely. Thursday the residents and staff made Below - Bill and Nancy being served by Sadije and Yavonne. their own pizza and the big question was, do you put the cheese on first or last, well here last was the majority! Then we ended on Friday how we started off, with a cocktail party (I see a pattern developing). Just a quick special thanks to my family here at The Promenade, thank you for making my days easier and to our ownership, thank you for allowing us a provide wonderful quality of life to all of our wonderful residents.
