DISCOVER – TRIP ( Organised by Catholic Teachers’ Guild, Diocese of Cochin)

Dear Guild /staff members,

Kerala Catholic Teachers’ Guild, Diocese of Cochin organizes a Trip to HYDERABAD CITY this year during the coming onam holidays. The trip is supposed to be held between 8 th and 13 th September, 2014. Tour cost per head is charged Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only), which is to be paid in five equal instalments. Those who wish to participate in the trip should register their names at the Corporate Educational Agency Office in the prescribed form , along with the first instalment and the copy of identification certificates.

TOUR ITINERARY

Day 01 : Train journey starting from Ernakulam (Train No. 17229)

Day 02 : Reaches Hyderabad around 2 p.m. Pick and transfer to Hotel. Visits , Light and Sound Show, Qutab-Shahi Tombs etc. Overnight stay at Hyderabad.

Day 03 : After Breakfast visit Birla Mandir, Salarjung Museum, , , NTR Garden, Hussein Sagar Lake,Laser Show, Shopping etc Overnight stay at Hyderabad.

Day 04 : Visits , , Mecca Masjid, Shopping . Overnight stay at Hyderabad.

Day 05 : Morning drop at Hyderabad Railway station to catch Train No. 17230

Day 06 : Reaches Ernakulam at 2 p.m.

TOUR COST INCLUDES : • Up and Down Rail transportation 3 rd AC • Luxury coach AC trasnsportation • AC rooms on family basis • South Indian delicious food will be provided except During rail journey . Sight seeing entry charges

TOUR COST EXCLUDES: • Porter charges, Room service, Laundry, Camera fee etc. • Any cost due to natural calamities.

NOTE : Due to certain unavoidable circumstances , the Guild reserves the right to change/modify/vary and alter the tour itinerary if it becomes necessary.
