Behind this slogan, there is a beautiful story, a modern fable showing that working hard has its reward.
The 2010 economical crisis, obliged five workers to take a decision: buy the shares of their company employer. As an immediate result, they avoided shutting down, secured their job and created a new opportunity for themselves, the company and the surroundings.
10 years later, UNICO is a company awarded every time it hands a vinegar to a competition. It enjoys of a remarkable local, national and international recognition. We have to point out its presence in more than 20 countries.

UNICO facilities is composed by 3 wine & vinegar barrels warehouse:
The Sacristía is located in the heart of the company formed by 46 mostly American oak barrels and with a maximum capacity of 250 liters, Here we store our Oloroso Gran Reserva wine vinegar and our Gran Reserva balsamic vinegars.
La Cañotera consists of 142 barrels of different sizes, storing our white wine vinegar and Grand Rerserva.
La Valeriana is made up of 82 American oak barrels of different sizes, storing our white wine vinegar.
In addition to our 3 barrel warehouse, we have stainless steel tanks that ensure our vinegars quality and purity.

The secret of success? The aim in realizing things accurately. Dedicate time and passion to a product which brings together the essence of the land, the quality of its wines and musts, and on the top the good work and experience of UNICO. We were the first ones to present a Pedro Ximénez balsamic vinegar at the ANUGA Fair (Germany) and to develop Pedro Ximénez wine reductions, as well as Moscatel and Pedro Ximénez vinegar. Among our brands we have:
5 letter word as the 5 founding partners. UNICO (unique) as the quality of our vinegars.
This brand is related to the story of Don Juan Bautista Rodriguez of SOTOLONGO. Illegitimate king's son who was born in unfavorable conditions, but over time he achieved recognition and prosperity. A little wink thinking about our vinegars.
SOL&TIERRA in gratitude to those who allowed us to have our products: the men who cultivated and pampered the LAND under the warm gaze of the SUN.
