Nov 22, 2015 10:23 GMT Changes to some off peak & services 23 Nov

Due to poor punctuality during autumn and the very busy nature of our service, working with Network Rail, we have temporarily removed a number of off-peak Gatwick Express services and made adjustments to Thameslink off-peak services this week. The aim of the changes is to help reduce congestion on the network, so that a more reliable service can be provided.

This started on Monday 23 November until Friday 27 November inclusive, with off-peak Gatwick express services running half-hourly and a number of off-peak Thameslink services between London Bridge and Brighton starting/terminating at Gatwick Airport. A small number of Thameslink services have also been withdrawn. Some additional stops have been added to other Thameslink or Southern services to provide alternatives at some stations.

Please check train times before you travel at www.nationalrail.co.uk.
