Bradley, Simpson join field for The 2017 Free badge registration ends June 30 at midnight

WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, W.Va. – (June 29, 2017): Keegan Bradley, who won the PGA Championship in 2011, and 2012 U.S. Open champion have joined the field for The 2017 Greenbrier Classic, which will take place July 3-9 on the newly restored Old White TPC Course at The Greenbrier. Bradley, 31, has been playing professionally since 2008 and has won three times on the PGA TOUR. He was the PGA TOUR Rookie of the Year in 2011, the same year he won the PGA Championship, and he finished fourth at the U.S. Open in 2014. A regular at The Greenbrier Classic, Bradley will be making his fifth appearance on the historic Old White TPC. He’s finished in the top 50 in each of the previous four, including a tie for fourth in 2014. Simpson, 31, also turned professional in 2008 after playing collegiately at Wake Forest. He has four PGA TOUR victories, including the U.S. Open in 2012. The Charlotte, N.C., native was part of the teams in 2011 and 2013 and the teams in 2012 and 2014. Simpson has played The Greenbrier Classic every year since its inception in 2010 and has three top 10 finishes, including a third-place finish in 2014. The additions of Bradley and Simpson give The Greenbrier Classic 11 winners of Major Championships in the 2017 field, including , , and . The lineup also includes top-ranked players like , and Kevin Chappell and all six previous Greenbrier Classic champions. Practice rounds for The Greenbrier Classic begin on Monday, July 3.
