Further, settlement of the claims “As per the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bhima Yojana (PMFBY) Guidelines and administrative approval of Government of India for Kharif 2016 season issued vide letter 13015/03/2016-Credit-II, Dated.23.02.2016 the condition that, the indemnity claims will be settled on the basis of yield data furnished by the State Government based on requisite number of Crop Cutting Experiments (CCEs) under General Crop Estimation Survey (GCES) conducted and not any other basis like Annavari / Paisawari Certificate / Declaration of drought / flood, Gazette Notification etc., by any other Department / Authority. -

Swarna Jyothy from Telangana and Sh. T. Ramachandra Rao from Andhra Pradesh. Efforts and techniques adopted in developing chance prints, time taken to solve the case, and compulsory conviction are the important parameters based on which these winners are decided. The work done by other participants is also commendable and therefore we are circulating all these cases to the participants of 19th All India Conference of Directors of Finger Print Bureaux. Since, on this occasion, only 12 States/UTs have participated in this competition, therefore, it is my sincere request to all the States/UTs to take part in this competition in the coming years to showcase good work done by them in Finger Print Science. -

Whereas the Telangana State Electricity Regulatory Commission (TSERC) has granted license (License No. 14 of 2000) on 29.12.2000 under Section 15 of the Telangana Electricity Reform Act, 1998 (State Act No. 30 of 1998) to the Northern Power Distribution Company of Andhra Pradesh Limited (APNPDCL), for carrying on the business of distribution and retail supply of electricity within the area of supply of Warangal, Khammam, Karimnagar, Nizamabad and Adilabad Districts for a period of 30 years. And whereas, consequent to the bifurcation of the state on 02.06.2014 and pursuant to government order vide G. O. Ms. Nos. 221 to 235 dated 11.10.2016 in respect of Formation / Reorganization of Districts, Revenue Divisions and Mandals in the Telangana state issued by the Government of Telangana (GoTS), the Commission considering the request of the licensee and noticing that there is no opposition to the amendment of the licence, has modified the Licence No. 14 of 2000 on the file of TSERC by order dated 17.03.2017. -
