Chapter President Ar. Hershey O. Didulo presented the requirements for UAP Barasoain’s application for accreditation as local civil service organization for the City of Malolos. UAP Barasoain is committed to participating in nation-building through service to the city government of Malolos. In the previous years, UAP Barasoain has already spearheaded projects for the built environment of Malolos. An official accreditation would only make it more motivating and passionate.

UAP Barasoain Chapter representatives President Ar. Hershey Didulo and Director for Documentation Ar. Rosal Luzvincent De Leon – De Ocampo attended the DILG’s Civil Society Organization (CSO) Conference of the Local Special Bodies (LSBs) held at Mariano Ponce Hall, Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center, Malolos City last August 6, 2019.
It was a required orientation sponsored by the Provincial Government of Bulacan targeted towards the applicants for accreditation on the provincial level. Besides being of significant help to the city capital, members of the UAP Barasoain chapter recognize the opportunity to serve the province as well. This has been raised during the first GMM last July.

Because UAP Barasoain Chapter is the host, members of the Board of Directors (and their spouses) met up to check on the progress of works for the Regional Sports Fest coming in three (3) as of this photo. Chapter President Ar. Hershey O. Didulo reviewed the delegated tasks. Ar. Rosal Luzvincent De Ocampo and Ar. Casper Payongayong worked on the finalization of the Programme. Ar. (& Mrs.) Jose Francisco Aniag were in charge of the catering services for lunch, dinner, and snacks.
The group also followed-up on medics and rescue, trophies and awards, and preparations for onsite registration.

Jose Francisco V. Aniag; Director for Documentation, Ar. Rosal Luzvincent de Leon – de Ocampo; Auditor, Ar. Casper Payongayong; and the ArkoTektura Design Competition Winners, Ar. Blitz Grayson Reyes and Ar. Marlene Eugenio.
The Chapter’s Past President Ar. Roger Magsakay joined the team during the ocular inspection of the existing Arch in the boundary of Tabang, Guiguinto and Brgy. Tikay, Malolos City, Bulacan. The group is checking out the lot where the new welcome arch can be accommodated.

The meeting took place at Coffee Project, Vista Mall, City of Malolos, and started at around 7:30 in the morning. The agendas included the nearing GMM 2 which comprises three (3) major activities - CPD Talk, Induction of New Members and the General Membership Meeting. Other matters that were tackled includes lined up CGEA projects, Singkaban 2019 this September, the National Conference of Architects on October, GMM 3 and Family Day on November, COSH Training, etc. The meeting as adjourned at 11:00 am.
