ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (Chapter 374) RESTRICTED ZONES IN In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 3 August 2001, the following sections of roads in To Kwa Wan will be designated restricted zones from 7.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. daily except Sundays and Public Holidays:— (a) the northern kerbside lane of Sheung Heung Road from its junction with to a point about 150 metres west of the same junction; (b) the southern kerbside lane of Sheung Heung Road from its junction with To Kwa Wan Road to a point about 75 metres west of the same junction; (c) the northern kerbside lane of Lok Shan Road between To Kwa Wan Road and Cheung Ning Street; (d ) the section of Lok Shan Road between To Kwa Wan Road and Mei King Street; (e) the western kerbside lane of City Road southbound from its junction with Lok Shan Road to a point about 240 metres south of the same junction; ( f ) the section of Road southbound from a point about 240 metres south of its junction with Lok Shan Road to a point about 360 metres west of the same junction; (g) the eastern kerbside lane of Kowloon City Road northbound from its junction with Lok Shan Road to a point about 240 metres south of the same junction; (h) the western kerbside lane of Kowloon City Road northbound from its junction with Lok Shan Road to a point about 120 metres south of the same junction; (i) the eastern kerbside lane of To Kwa Wan Road from its junction with Sung Wong Toi Road to a point about 15 metres south of its junction with San Ma Tau Street; ( j ) the western kerbside lane of To Kwa Wan Road between Sung Wong Toi Road and Lok Shan Road; (k) the eastern kerbside lane of To Kwa Wan Road from a point about 180 metres north of its junction with Lok Shan Road to a point about 75 metres south of the same junction; (l) the southern kerbside lane of Road eastbound from a point about 45 metres east of its junction with To Kwa Wan Road to a point about 210 metres east of the same junction; (m) the eastern kerbside lane of Ma Tau Kok Road from a point about 210 metres east of its junction with To Kwa Wan Road to a point about 320 metres south of the same junction; (n) the southern kerbside lane of Ma Tau Kok Road westbound from its junction with To Kwa Wan Road to a point about 60 metres east of the same junction; (o) the northern kerbside lane of San Ma Tau Street from its junction with To Kwa Wan Road to a point about 60 metres east of the same junction; ( p) the southern kerbside lane of San Ma Tau Street from its junction with To Kwa Wan Road to a point about 30 metres east of the same junction; (q) the section of San Ma Tau Street from its southern junction with To Kwa Wan Road to a point about 30 metres east of the same junction; (r) the eastern kerbside lane of Long Yuet Street from its junction with Kwei Chow Street to a point about 180 metres north of the same junction; (s) the southern kerbside lane of Shun Fung Street from a point about 30 metres east of its junction with Yuk Yat Street to a point about 90 metres east of the same junction; (t) the eastern kerbside lane of Yuk Yat Street from a point about 60 metres north of its junction with Chi Kiang Street to a point about 150 metres south of the same junction; (u) the western kerbside lane of Yuk Yat Street from its junction with Lok Shan Road to a point about 210 metres south of its junction with Chi Kiang Street; and (v) the western kerbside lane of Road from its junction with Lok Shan Road to a point about 90 metres south of the same junction. Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:— (a) picking up or setting down passengers; or (b) loading or unloading goods.
