Getting there: Country Park is accessible by public transport and a bus stop is situated at the entrance to the park. If making your way by train please alight at either Motherwell or Airbles Road stations from where you can either walk, take a bus or taxi to Last Updated: 4th February 2018 the park. It is advised that timetable directions be sought before travelling. Where to stay: Please avoid staying in the team hotel which is the Doubletree Hilton Strathclyde.

We have been made aware that FISA Friends and Family tickets may be made available; we are waiting for more details from British Rowing.

The Rowing Lake: Built on Strathclyde Loch, the 2000m, 8 lane international class rowing lake was first built for the Commonwealth Games in 1986. The Centre has state of the art facilities both on and off the water, and has hosted a range of national and international competitions including the Scottish National Championships, the 1996 World Rowing Junior Championships and the 2005 World Rowing Masters Regatta.
