Ulu Bismarck Crawley, Chief Executive Officer of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Samoa welcomed all delegates to the Fourteenth Meeting of the Noumea Convention, further thanking the Secretariat and partners for the good work done into coordination of the regionally owned convention geared to meet the needs of the region and the countries.
