On my paper, they are listed LOCATION- Winnipeg, Manitoba as 4, 5 and 10. I believe we have representation on Bill 10. Association of Manitoba Good morning. My name is Jay ·Brolund. I am vice­ president of the Psychological Association of Manitoba. I will be very brief in my comments and comment only specifically as to how it might affect our association.
