Product license updates
January 2021 – Microsoft 365 will be included in competency benefit packages. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will be included in the Small and Midmarket Cloud Solutions competency through the new Cloud Business Applications SMB option.
April 2021 – Office 365 E3, Office 365 E5, Enterprise Mobility + Security, Microsoft Intune and Windows 10 Enterprise will be removed from competency benefit packages.
