One man has been charged in the dragging death of a former WSU student on Saturday.

From staff reports Jerid S. Sturman-Camyn, a 20-year-old former WSU student, was found dead in rural Pend Oreille County on Saturday, after allegedly being dragged behind a truck after an altercation at a hunting camp- site. Police responded to the scene after a 17-year-old male called claiming Sturman-Camyn threatened mul- tiple people with Sturman- an ax.
