Each suite has a lounge area with catering space, a high-top table and barstools, TV, refrigerator, wet bar, and private restroom. In front of the lounge area are two rows of open-air seats covered by a roof. Each suite offers Wi-Fi and a charging station. Upon request, we can provide an HDMI connection to the suite TV (you must bring an adapter if your laptop/presentation equipment does not have an HDMI port). The main PhanaVision video board in left field is not visible from the suites on the third base line, and Suites 68 and 69 have the right field foul pole in their line of sight. Bill Giles Party Suites on the Arcade -- Suites 78, 79, 80 The Bill Giles Party Suites are located on the 200 level in the left field corner, behind Sections 234-237 (suite seating chart), and are named in honor of Phillies Chairman Emeritus Bill Giles. Each suite has a lounge area with ample catering space, a mix of round cocktail tables and long pub tables with barstools, TV, refrigerator, and wet bar. In front of the lounge area are two rows of open-air seats covered by a roof. Suite 80’s back walls are glass with a skyline view of the city. Each suite offers Wi-Fi and a charging station. Upon request, we can provide an HDMI connection to the suite TV (you must bring an adapter if your laptop/presentation equipment does not have an HDMI port). The main PhanaVision video board in left field is not visible from the Bill Giles Party Suites. Restrooms are located on the concourse behind the suites, and inside the nearby Hall of Fame Club. RENTAL PACKAGE INCLUDES • Suite tickets and facility rental - refer to Event Invoice for ticket quantity. • (NEW FOR 2021) Pre-set Party Suite Menu, including a quantity of beverages, provided by Aramark. • A “special welcome” to your group, on the upper side auxiliary message boards (near the foul poles), in the 2nd and 6th innings – please review the Scoreboard name on the enclosed Event Invoice and call The Phillies if you wish to change the group name. • A limited quantity of above-capacity SRO suite tickets can be purchased through The Phillies. • Preferred parking passes can be purchased through The Phillies for $23 each. • Additional food and beverage items can be purchased in advance through Aramark. • Celebrating a birthday or anniversary? The $10 Birthday Package or Anniversary Package can be purchased in advance through The Phillies. Purchase includes the birthday person’s/couple’s name in lights on the message board. PAYMENT, TICKETS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS Full payment is due upon receipt of the invoice for your reservation. Payment confirms your acceptance of the Event Agreement. For 2021, tickets and any parking passes that you purchase will be issued via mobile delivery and accessible via the MLB Ballpark app. Visit the Phillies Mobile Ticketing page for guidance. If you prefer to receive tickets and parking passes by mail, please contact The Phillies. The tickets and parking passes will be available in the Ballpark app after final payment is made; however, the barcode may not appear until closer to the game date, at the Phillies’ discretion. To distribute tickets and parking passes to your guests, use the ticket forwarding feature within the app. Your reservation is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Event Agreement (Suite/Club Deck/Hospitality Area) (the “T&Cs”), provided herewith. An e-signature via DocuSign is required on the Event Agreement for your reservation. CATERING Your suite purchase includes a standard pre-set menu consisting of ballpark fare and a quantity of beverages, as indicated on the Party Suite Menu form. Aramark can provide additions to the pre-set menu. Contact your Aramark representative listed on the Party Suite Menu for help with any catering questions, special dietary needs, or ordering additional items. Any additional payments will be made directly to Aramark and must be finalized no later than one week before your game date. The pre-set menu and additional food and beverage options are subject to change at any time without advance warning. Additional items may be limited, and game-day in-suite purchase options are limited. Food items may be packaged differently than in past seasons. Consult with your Aramark representative for details. Please note that Aramark is the exclusive caterer for The Phillies and no outside food or beverages are allowed into the suite. On game day, most food and beverages will be delivered to your suite prior to the ballpark opening. Catering includes a 20% Aramark Administrative Charge* and appropriate Philadelphia and Pennsylvania sales taxes. Exceptional service gratuities are at your discretion. *This Administrative Charge is not intended to be a tip, gratuity, or service charge for the benefit of service employees and no portion of this Administrative Charge is distributed to employees.     ABSTRACT MENEFEE, WILLIAM CHADWICK. The Impact of Retro Stadiums on Major League Baseball Franchises. (Under the direction of Dr. Judy Peel). The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of “retro” stadiums on professional baseball franchises. Retro stadiums, baseball-exclusive facilities modeled on classic architectural designs of the past, were built at an increasing rate beginning in 1992 with Baltimore’s Camden Yards. This study analyzed changes in franchises’ attendance, winning percentage, revenue and team value in the seasons following a team’s relocation to a retro stadium. Retro stadiums were found to positively increase attendance, revenue and team value for franchises at a higher rate than teams that did not build retro stadiums. An analysis of these variables and a discussion of the results for all individual franchises that constructed retro stadiums during the 1992-2004 period are presented in this study.
