POLITICAL PARTIES, ELECTIONS AND REFERENDUMS ACT 2000 The Speaker has, by virtue of the provisions of section 2(4) of the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000, appointed Andrea Jenkyns to serve on the Speaker’s Committee for the Electoral Commission.
