By SAVANNAH AUBRY Special to the Reporter After a long week of chilly weather and random rain, Westside Elementary School brought the community togeth- er by hosting its annual Community Spring Festival on Saturday at the Physical Education field. The school’s Parent Teacher Organization came together to bring out bounce houses, hands-on games, music, food and snow cones.
