Solano Garbage Company Carts

Solano Garbage Company carts have charcoal grey bodies. The cart with the charcoal grey lid is for regular household trash only. The card with the blue lid is for recyclables and the cart with the green lid is for green waste. If you need to replace your carts please call Customer Service Department at (707) 437 – 8900.

Cart Guidelines

1. Carts should be placed at the curb with the lid openings facing the street. 2. Make sure lids are closed. Overloaded carts may not be served. 3. Place carts two feet apart side by side. 4. Place carts out by 6:00 a.m. on collection day.

Cart Placement

Although your garbage is picked up weekly, do not feel obligated to put out your recycling and green waste carts until they are full. To ensure clean and proper pickup, please be sure your carts are not overflowing and the lids are closed when you place them out for pickup. Drivers will not pick up anything outside the cart.

Moving Policy

If you move, please cancel your current service and leave your carts at the old address. Even if you are moving within the city limits, you must cancel your current service, leave your existing carts at the old address and start new service at your new address. If you would like different carts from those at your new residence, call our customer service department at (707) 437-8900 to make the exchange.
