Needs Assessment for Establishing a National Referral Mechanism in Vietnam Acknowledgments This report is a part of the needs assessment for the National Referral Mechanism (NRM) for victims of human trafficking. It provides a comprehensive evaluation of the readiness of Vietnam for an NRM.
