THE SERIES – Colorado will face San Jose eight times this season, with four of those games taking place at the Budweiser Events Center. The Eagles are tied in the season series with a record of 3-3-0 through the first six meetings. THE ALL-TIME SERIES – The Eagles are 7-7-0 all-time against the Barracuda, including a 5-2-0 mark in games played at the BEC. EAGLES’ LAST GAME (2/7) – Eagles forward A.J. Greer notched two goals and an assist, while goaltender Hunter Miska turned aside 31 of the 32 shots he faced to help Colorado defeat the San Jose Barracuda 5-1 on Friday. Eagles forwards Erik Condra and Shane Bowers each posted a goal and an assist, while fellow forward Jayson Megna netted his second shorthanded goal in the last three games. The victory was the Eagles third straight win and now pulls them to within two points of second place in the AHL’s Pacific Division and just four points out of first place.
