Officers Nominees OFFICERS NOMINEES Executive Director (Running Unopposed): Marc Driskill – Executive VP & GM of Sea Gayle Music. Driskill previously served ASCAP’s songwriter and publisher members for over 10 years as the VP & GM of ASCAP’s Nashville operations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Academy of Country Music and the Music City Music Council. Secretary (Running Unopposed): Denise Nichols – Attorney/Owner of The Primacy Firm. Nichols spent over ten years with Arista Records. Following her tenure at Arista, Nichols moved to the artist management world, joining the firm representing Brooks and Dunn, as well as Terri Clark, Pat Green and Jason Aldean. Treasurer (Running Unopposed): Ree Guyer Buchanan – President/Owner of Wrensong, one of the top independent music publishing companies on Music Row. Since 1985 Ree and Wrensong has secured over 3,000 copyrights, Grammy and CMA nominated songs, and secured record deals for Sherrie’ Austin with Arista, the Evinrudes on Mercury NY, Jon Randall on Sony, Blue County on Asylum and Ashley Monroe on Sony. DIRECTORS NOMINEES Craig Currier, Sr. Creative Director of Advertising Markets at peermusic: Currier manages all aspects of the Ad Markets division and is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, quoting and licensing on all commercial projects as well as all creative activities including song searches, artist development and original music production. Under his guidance, the division has enjoyed an impressive growth rate and positioned the company as a “go to” resource for music for major advertising agencies worldwide. Spots including Pontiac, Visa, Delta, GM, Kohl’s and Covergirl. GE’s global branding initiative, which was nominated for an Emmy, utilized the Donovan classic, “Catch the Wind.” Dale Bobo, Senior Vice President of Big Deal Music Nashville and recently owner of Dale Bobo Music Direction. Previously the Executive Vice President of Chrysalis Music Nashville and the Sr. VP and GM of Warner/Chappell Nashville, celebrating 22 number one records with hit writers Marv Green, Steven Dale Jones, Wendell Mobley, Tim Nichols, John Rich and many more. Bobo has served on the Board Of Directors of The Academy Of Country Music and the Country Music Association, former chairman of the Copyright Society Of The South, a Leadership Music Alumnus and a member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences. David Preston (Incumbent), Director of Writer/Publisher Relations at BMI Nashville where he assists songwriters and publishers in the administration of their musical works and signs new affiliates to the performing rights organization. He has been at BMI for 15 years and has also served on the Board of Directors of the Tennessee State Museum and Chairman for the NEA Extravaganza for 1996 and 1997. Preston is the Entertainment Chair at the Nashville Zoo and has been awarded the Nashville Hit Award from the Nashville area Chamber of Commerce as the Art and Music Volunteer of the Year. Denise Stevens, Senior Counsel Loeb & Loeb LLP: Denise Stevens focuses on entertainment, copyright and trademark transactions and counseling, primarily in the music, publishing, touring, television and motion picture industries. Her principal clients include recording artists, songwriters, producers, authors, record labels, music publishers and motion picture and television production companies. Ms. Stevens’ broad spectrum of music industry clients includes Classic Media, Kemado Records, Parallel Music Publishing, Carrie Underwood, Wynonna, Loretta Lynn, Amy Grant, Michael W. Smith, Chris Tomlin, Third Day, Switchfoot and Hot Chelle Rae. Heather Buresh started her career with Big Loud Bucks during the inception of the company in 2006 and rapidly advanced to her current role as the Executive Director/GM. Prior to her current role, she was the Director of Publishing Administration, the Licensing and Copyright Analyst, and the Royalty and Copyright Administrator at Big Loud Bucks and has also had experience with Universal Music Group, the Walt Disney World Company, Tom Collins Productions, Inc., and Integrated Copyright Group, Inc. Professional member of The Copyright Society of the South, CMA, ACM, the Music Row Administrators group, and has been a featured speaker and an adjunct professor at Belmont University. Jewel Coburn, (Incumbent) Co-president Ten Ten Music In the 27 years she has co-owned and co-managed Nashville’s Ten Ten Music Group, Coburn has been instrumental in getting 916 of her company’s songs recorded (as of May 25, 2011). Dozens of these went on to become hit records, movie and television soundtracks, commercials and other profitable configurations. Coburn is a member of the CMA, ACM, the Recording Academy, SOURCE, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the Nashville publishing group, Chicks With Hits. John Allen, (Incumbent), Vice President of BMG/Chrysalis since January 2012: With over 20 years experience Allen has served as the Vice President of Bug Music and worked in A&R at Capitol Records. He is currently on the Board of Directors for Leadership Music and the Americana Music Association. Kim McCollum-Mele is the founder and owner of Words & Music, a full-service, world-wide copyright administration company dedicated to protecting the intellectual property of songwriters and music publishers. Celebrating 11 years in March of 2013, Words & Music continues to administer the catalogs of some of the most successful songwriters and music publishers, including Jeff Cohen, Sea Gayle Music, Tim McGraw, Kent Blazy, Paul Overstreet, Dierks Bentley, Big Yellow Dog and The Dixie Chicks. Kim McCollum-Mele is a Leadership Music alumna and a member of CMA, NMPA, AIMP, NARAS and the Copyright Society of the South. Michael Martin (Incumbent), Senior Creative Director ASCAP: Martin began his career in music publishing as VP of Creative Services at Moraine Music, where he was instrumental in establishing the company as a competitive independent publisher. In 2000, Martin was the Partner and Co-Founder of Extreme Writers Group (EWG), where he shared responsibilities for the day-to-day operations of the publishing and content development companies. EWG has enjoyed numerous #1s, as well as the Top 5 single "Crazy Town" by Jason Aldean, the 14-week #1 song on the Christian chart with "The Motions" by Matthew West, and hits with Big & Rich's "Lost In This Moment" and Jason Aldean’s "Johnny Cash" and "Why." Misha Williams, Publishing Coordinator TKO Artist Management: Williams began her career as an international touring artist/writer before earning her Bachelor’s Degree at Belmont University. She currently handles all aspects of administration for clients Toby Keith and Mac McAnally. Williams also co-manages and handles administration for New Orleans-based Hazy Ray and is a member of Society of Leaders in Development (SOLID) and the Women’s Music Business Association (WMBA), and is the Events Assistant for the AIMP Nashville Chapter. Nathan Nicholson founded Nicholson Music Group in 2008 to represent Tim McGraw's StyleSonic Music, start a joint venture with UMPG on Trent Summar, and publish the works of several writers, including his father, Gary Nicholson. With StyleSonic, he placed "Red Solo Cup" with Toby Keith, which resulted in the 2012 CMA Video of the Year, a top 10 hit, a platinum download, and a feature in NBC's "Glee." Nicholson placed songs with George Strait, Reba, Toby Keith, Hinder, Montgomery Gentry, Billy Currington, Patty Loveless, Van Zant and many others. Scott Parker, President/CEO Hearts Bluff Music Publishing: Parker is an award- winning songwriter, producer and music-publishing executive. He was responsible for building the current portfolio, which includes over 50 #1 songs, 4 Hall of Fame Songwriters, and 10,000 titles contained in 25 different catalogs. Now with multiple Top-10 hits and songwriting awards, Parker has produced or written songs recorded by Patty Loveless, Sister Hazel, Will Hoge, James Otto, Joanna Cotten, John David Webster, George Canyon, Trevor Morgan, Trisha Yearwood, Kim Hill, Marilee Rush and others. Tim Fink (Incumbent), Vice-President, Writer/Publisher Relations SESAC: Since 1990, Fink’s tenure with the company has put him in a position to work closely with SESAC songwriters and publishers from a wide range of genres. Appointed the head of the Nashville Writer/Publisher Relations team in 2002, Fink has been instrumental in building the company’s burgeoning roster of top songwriters resulting in the company’s unprecedented growth. Currently serving on the Americana Association Board of Directors. Walter Campbell, (Incumbent), President and Owner of Big Garage Music Publishing. Campbell spent 27 years at Sony/ATV Music Publishing, becoming Vice President in 1989. He has also been Director of the Creative Department at Tree Publishing Company, and Director of the Nashville office at Jensing/Jensong Music/JEN Productions from. Campbell was previously the Southern Editor at Record World Magazine and Reporter & Photographer at Nashville Banner Newspaper. Woody Bomar, Began music career as songwriter at Combine Music, penning 2 #1s, numerous other cuts plus movie tracks. Later became Combine’s General Manager. Left after 8 years to start Little Big Town Music. 10 Years and 15 #1s later, Sony/ATV purchased Little Big Town Music and employed Woody as Senior VP to reorganize and manage Sony/ATV's Nashville Creative Dept. Now President and owner of Green Hills Music Group. .

The competitive situation, spot load, caliber of air talent and even a change in morning shows are among them. Most recently, PPM ratings have led a number of programmers to increase the amount of music heard between 6-10am. For purposes of this week’s study, we looked at a variety of market situations to see how many songs were played in morning drive on a Wednesday for the last 12 months (excluding December 2009). As always, all airplay information comes from our friends at Mediabase 24/7. Stand Alone PPM Markets KKGO/Los Angeles has added a couple of songs per hour in the Medal Heads: “Not bad for an old radio guy!” says WGH-FM/AM/Norfolk last three months.
