The contract comprises briefly the estate management, maintenance and project management consultancy services. Works is expected to commence in April 2003 and the contract period is 3 years. This tender is covered by the Agreement on Government Procurement of the World Trade Organization. Companies on the Housing Authority (HA) List of Property Services Companies who are permitted to tender under the current HA Listing Rules are eligible to tender. The eligibility of companies to tender for the above contracts will be assessed based on their proven capability and performance. Tenders consisting of the technical proposal, tender price and confidential financial information should be deposited into three separate envelopes and must be clearly marked according to the contract on the outside of each envelope.
