In this paper, Acutogordius sulawensis is reported for the first time in this country, with new locality records of some Chordodes, Gordius and Acutogordius species from the north-east region of India. The total number of nematomorph species now known from India is thus raised to twenty-two species. This paper supplements information about nematomorph species added to the Indian fauna after 2004. Keywords: Gordiida; biodiversity; Acutogordius 1. Introduction Around 360 species of Nematomorpha are known today [1]. New species are described constantly, but the geographical coverage of records is still very fragmentary. More intensive sampling often reveals an increase in records. One of these countries is India, where, until 2004, only 13 species of Gordiida (the terrestrial/freshwater Nematomorpha) and one undetermined Gordius were known [2]. With one exception and one additional undetermined Gordius species, all Indian gordiid species were reported prior to 1912.

Article 7 of the UN convention on the Rights of the Child states: "The child shall be registered immediately after birth and shall have the right from birth to-a name, the right to acquire a nationality and, as far as possible the right to know and be cared for by his or her parents." Every year about 40 million children are born without being registered. Six our ten unregistered new-borns are in South and South-east Asia. Some countries have achieved universal registration and others report having made significant progress in increasing birth-registration, during the decade. Decentralization, mobilization, campaigns. With active participation of civil society, elimination of registration fees, removal of legal or administrative obstacles, such as the requirement that the child's parents present their identity papers, and registration of children in health facilities, where thy. are born are among the measures that have proved effective in increasing registration rates. The registration of births & death in India has been made compulsory under the Registration of Births & Deaths (RBD) Act, 1969, It provides for a statutory authority at the Centre and in State. It enables the Central Government to provide uniformity and comparability in registration and compilation of vital statistics allowing enough scope to the States, to develop an efficient system of-registration suited to the regional conditions and needs.

The Asian Conference on Ethics, Religion & Philosophy 2019 Official Conference Proceedings Abstract Every Naga community has its own dominant oral narratives that have passed on from one generation to the other talking histories, stories, identity and culture of its people. Naga culture is defined by its rich traditions, customs and cuisines and is also known as the ‘Land of Festivals’. This place is marked by immense beauty of its rich cultural ethnicity. One among the community are the Angami (Naga) who lived with utmost fear for God. This had allowed people to live in harmony with a fearful relation to God. The moral code of conduct, they practiced is called “Kenyü” or its translation “prohibition”. However, with modernity creeping into the culture, the people are forgetting the unique culture that defines the Angami Nagas. Does that mean their philosophy and way of life is affected? Why and how they practice “Kenyü” is dying out. This is an issue of concern that has affected the culture. Thus, in this paper, the researcher is trying to explore and analyze factors that are causing changes. How values that have been practiced through ages are maintained even in the seemingly changing Naga culture.
