United Launch Alliance (ULA) has two loca- tions in Pueblo, CO. The locations support the testing, fabrication and storage of launch vehicle hardware and components. Propulsion Shop and Test Facility The Propulsion Shop and Test Facility consists of a two-building complex located at 310 Keeler Parkway in the Pueblo Memorial Airport Industrial area. The main building houses an agile test lab and fab- rication area. The second smaller building houses the Dynamics Environments Lab. Types of testing performed at the facility includes pressure, vibrations, shock, thermal, cryogenic, hydraulics, structural, mechanical and ordnance. Fabrication capabilities include machining (manual and Computer Numeric Control), welding and assembly.

The test facility has an experienced staff of engineers and support personnel to provide a full range of test engineering services including test method development, test-fixture design, material pro- curement, procedure development, instrumentation, data acquisition, fabrication, assembly, test setup, test performance data analysis and reporting.

Chemical Depot Facility The second ULA Pueblo facility is located on the Pueblo Chemical Depot (PCD), ten to the east of the Test Facility. Ordnance, LNG and other hazardous testing will be conducted at this site in support of testing requirements across the company.
